If you're ordering from The Light House rather than purchasing in person at our showroom, you may have several questions regarding our shipping process.

Wondering how long it'll take to receive your order? In most cases, orders are shipped via UPS ground and arrive in 21-30 days. There are instances where some items will arrive from The Light House in a shorter amount of time. Larger lighting fixtures may require a common carrier (large truck), and could take anywhere from 3-60 days to come.

Can you send your purchase to an address besides your own? Absolutely! We may, however, add a drop shipping charge to your order. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
